- What counts as a submission?
- One accepted POST that gets stored. Honeypot catches, blocked senders, requests from a domain you have not allowed, and anything rate limited are never counted. A submission our filter holds for review is stored so you can check it, but does not count. One that reached your inbox and you mark as spam is credited back.
- What does “daily digest” mean on Free?
- Free sends one summary email a day instead of one email per submission. Every submission is still stored and shows in your dashboard right away. Pro and Agency send each one instantly.
- How long do you keep submissions?
- 30 days on Free, 1 year on Pro and 3 years on Agency. You can export everything to CSV at any time.
- What happens if I go over my limit?
- We email you at 70%, 90% and 100% of the month’s allowance. On Pro and Agency, submissions past the limit keep being accepted and are billed at $2 per 1,000, up to twice your plan’s allowance, a cap on what a bad month can cost; past that they are refused with a 429 until the month resets. On Free, new submissions are refused at the limit after a small buffer, so a busy day does not cut them off mid-afternoon. Nothing already stored is ever touched.
- Is yearly billing cheaper?
- Yes. You pay for 10 months and get 12: $120 a year for Pro and $290 a year for Agency.
- Do agencies pay per client?
- No. Agency covers 25,000 submissions a month across every project in the workspace, with 10 team seats. Put each client in their own project and invite them to see only theirs.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, from Billing & usage in the dashboard. A downgrade never deletes data: submissions stay readable until the retention window they were stored under runs out.
- Which integrations are included?
- Pro and Agency include webhooks, Slack, Discord, Airtable, GitHub, Notion and more. Google Sheets is coming soon. Email notifications are on every plan.
